Chocolate of the Month: Paas Pollock

In April, our Easter Pollock will be taking centre stage: a true spring treat with a fresh twist. This milk chocolate bonbon features a delightful lemon filling, offering a light and refreshing taste. Perfect for the spring season! While it is an Easter bonbon, it’s also wonderful for enjoying throughout the spring. It’s instantly recognisable in our display case thanks to its pink splatters, giving it a fresh and cheerful appearance. The name Easter Pollock is inspired by the famous painter Jackson Pollock, who was known for his expressive drip-painting style. Just like his artworks, each bonbon is a small masterpiece in itself, hand-decorated and entirely unique. Fresh, smooth, and beautiful!
