Our cream chocolates
At Koenen Chocolate by Cerisette, we are proud of something very special: our fresh cream pralines. We are the only chocolatier that makes these pralines with real, fresh cream, in the same way we have been doing since 1963. While other companies offer “cream chocolate,” they typically use buttercream or ganache as a filling. Our pralines, however, contain pure, fresh cream, for a soft texture and a delicate flavour that melts on the tongue. This dedication to quality and tradition is what sets us apart and makes our pralines truly unique.
