Our Ginger bonbon is a true classic from the Cerisette collection. This dark chocolate delight is filled with a light, fresh whipped cream and a touch of ginger. The result is a surprising balance of freshness and warmth, wrapped in rich dark chocolate. The perfect combination.

What makes this praline truly special is the filling. At Koenen Chocolate by Cerisette, we take pride in our unique whipped cream pralines. Since 1963, we have been the only chocolatier to create pralines with real, fresh cream — not buttercream or ganache, but silky whipped cream that melts on the tongue. This artisanal tradition gives our pralines their delicate texture and refined taste, unlike anything else you’ll find.

And what do you see on the praline itself? That’s the family crest of Verster, from the mother’s side of Cerisette’s founder, Jan Koenen. A beautiful detail that shows how family traditions are woven into our chocolates.
